Privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit primaldriveprotocol.com. We keep it short and plain. We collect as little as possible.

Who we are

This website is run by Primal Drive Protocol, a digital guide for men about energy, sleep, food, training and confidence. You can reach us at hello@primaldriveprotocol.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account on this site, and we do not sell your data.

Purchases

The guide is sold through Patreon. When you buy, you share your name, email and payment details with Patreon, not with us. Patreon is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use none until you choose Accept on the banner. If you choose Decline, we load no analytics at all.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser (in local storage, under the name pdp_consent), so we do not ask you on every visit. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of the home page, or by clearing the site data in your browser.

Why we process data (legal basis)

Who else handles data

Some of these providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. They apply their own safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep data

Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting in our Google Analytics account. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and for our own records, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email hello@primaldriveprotocol.com.

Children

This site and the guide are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Health disclaimer. The guide is for education only and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, training or supplements.

Changes to this policy
